Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent and supervision to use the Site or make purchases. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Products & Descriptions

We work hard to describe our tallow-based skincare products accurately. However, colors, textures, and scents may vary slightly due to natural ingredients and production. All products are sold “as described” on the Site.

For external use only. We recommend performing a patch test before first use. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a licensed healthcare practitioner before use if you have concerns.

4. Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, taxes, or duties, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.

5. Ordering, Payment & Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods through third-party processors. We use secure third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) to handle all credit card and other payment information. We do not process, store, or transmit any credit card details ourselves. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the amount due.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. 7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations are only possible before your order ships. Once shipped, the order is final. See our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of our products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and product formulations, is owned by or licensed to Tallow Soap Co. “Tallow Soap Co.” and related marks are trademarks of Vervology LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

12. User-Generated Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, photos, testimonials, or any other content (“User Content”), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content for any purpose, including marketing. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Resell our products without our prior written authorization
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or making purchases after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason.

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, pandemics).

17. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or purchases will first attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in Onondaga County, New York. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

18. Miscellaneous

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on the Site, but errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct them at any time without prior notice. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains in full force. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
