Our Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or any other reason once the order has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging

We will review your request and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement or refund. Approved replacements are sent as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before it has shipped. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and falls under our “all sales final” policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are non-returnable (except in the case of damage or defect reported within 48 hours).

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after approval.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
