Processing

Processing and lead times vary by product, so the estimated time to ship is shown on each product page. Some items are in stock and ship promptly; larger bulk packs are made to order and ship on a longer lead time. The estimate shown on a product’s page is the one that applies — and for orders containing more than one item, the longest lead time applies to the whole order. You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Shipping Options & Rates

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Available shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout, and the price you see there is the price that applies to your order.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed; the total time to receive an order combines the product’s lead time to ship with carrier transit. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier takes possession of the shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help make it right.
